South Coastal Road

Western section of the South Coastal Road — the last 15 km between Krýsuvík and Ísólfsskáli.

Suðurverk built the western section of the South Coastal Road — the final 15 km between Krýsuvík and Ísólfsskáli east of Grindavík — delivering the road fully paved in autumn 2012. The scope covered culverts, riding paths, fencing and all road connections. Total volume was 304,000 m³ of fill and granular base plus surface dressing.
